About the Role We are seeking a professional and people-oriented HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, compliance, and talent development while supporting business growth through effective people strategies. The successful candidate will partner with management and employees to build a positive workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.???? Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance to managers and staff Support performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies Coordinate training and development programs Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting activities Advise management on workforce planning and HR strategies Handle employee concerns and workplace matters professionally✅ What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience managing multiple HR functions in a dynamic environment Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications????
