Role Description The Project Execution Manager role is a part-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and the option to work from home for specific activities. The Project Execution Manager will coordinate end-to-end project execution activities, including planning, scheduling, expediting, and monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables. This role will oversee inspections, liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensure that logistics and material movements support project timelines and quality standards. The position involves tracking risks and issues, preparing status reports, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The Project Execution Manager will also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and adherence to relevant safety and compliance requirements. Qualifications Strong project execution and project management skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities. Demonstrated expeditor and expediting skills to follow up with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to secure timely delivery of materials and services. Experience in inspection activities, including coordination of quality checks, documentation review, and compliance with technical standards. Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and interface with warehousing and transport providers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines. Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project or similar, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms). Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in Abu Dhabi or the wider region is an advantage.
