On behalf of a leading ADX-listed investment holding company in Abu Dhabi — with a diversified portfolio across real estate and high-growth sectors — we are seeking an accomplished Investment Relationship Manager to join its leadership-facing investments team.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who can be the trusted interface between the company and its investors, shareholders, and capital-market stakeholders.
What you'll do Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, brokers, and analysts Lead investor communications, disclosures, and IR activities in line with ADX / SCA requirements Build and grow relationships with HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors Present investment opportunities across real estate and high-growth assets Prepare Board-level investor decks, updates, and capital-market reporting
What you'll bring5–10 years in investor relations, capital markets, or investment relationship management (UAE/GCC) Mandatory: hands-on ADX experience — listing rules, disclosure regime, SCA regulations Strong grasp of capital markets, valuation, and financial statements Excellent stakeholder communication; Arabic + English strongly preferred Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Business; CFA or IR certification a plus
