About the Role We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE construction and contracting industry, with hands-on knowledge of document management processes for residential and commercial projects, including mid-rise, high-rise buildings, and villa developments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, ensuring proper document control procedures, and supporting project teams with efficient document tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, contracts, correspondence, reports, and technical records. Ensure proper document numbering, filing, tracking, and archiving systems are maintained. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for document submissions and approvals. Maintain document registers and monitor revision control. Ensure timely distribution of approved documents to relevant stakeholders. Prepare document control reports and status updates as required. Support project teams in maintaining compliance with company procedures and client requirements. Handle electronic document management systems and maintain organized project records. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Document Controller within the construction / contracting industry. Strong experience working on residential and commercial projects, including mid-rise, high-rise buildings, and villa developments. Good understanding of construction documentation workflows and project coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Valid UAE Driving License. Candidates currently available in the UA
