Key Responsibilities:Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Assurance (QA) programs in accordance with nuclear regulations and industry standards,Conduct internal audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with procedures, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Review quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and supplier qualifications. Assist in identifying root causes of nonconformances and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor supplier performance and support vendor audits when required. Work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure quality expectations are consistently met. Maintain accurate QA records and ensure proper document control processes are followed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and operational performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Nuclear Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Experience in quality assurance or quality control within the nuclear industry, or other regulated technical environments. Knowledge of NQA-1, ISO 9001, DOE O 414.1, or similar nuclear quality standards. Strong understanding of inspection methods, QA documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience with audits, NCR/CAPA processes, and supplier quality management. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
