Role Overview:We are hiring Academic Associates (Class Coordinators) to be the operational backbone of academic delivery. This role ensures a smooth classroom experience, bridging faculty, student engagement, and backend logistics. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves solving problems in real time.
Key Responsibilities:Manage classroom schedules and coordinate with faculty for smooth delivery. Upload and track academic materials, assignments, and assessments on the LMS. Monitor attendance, student engagement, and flag issues proactively. Support exam invigilation, result compilation, and academic event logistics. Ensure classroom readiness and effective communication of all academic changes. Create assignments and quizzes for the aligned courses.
Qualifications & Requirements:Master’s degree with prior coordination or academic admin experience. Proficiency with LMS platforms, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and classroom tech. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive under pressure. Experience in test prep, schools, or higher education is a plus.
