The Opportunity This is not a traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who can transform ideas into compelling content that educates, inspires and drives engagement across multiple digital channels. You will help tell the stories behind our coffees, our equipment, our customers, our coffee experts and the world-class brands we represent. You will work closely with management, coffee trainers, roasters and product specialists to create content that strengthens our brand and drives traffic to our online stores. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create engaging short-form videos, reels and social media content. Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In and You Tube. Produce behind-the-scenes content from the showroom, coffee lab, select clients sites. Capture coffee preparation, brewing techniques, product launches and customer success stories. Create visual content that reflects the premium positioning of our brands. Edit with restraint: clean visuals, crisp sound, modern pacing, tasteful text. Brand Storytelling Turn products into stories and features into benefits. Create content around coffee origins, brewing methods, equipment and coffee culture. Support campaigns
Digital Marketing Support Assist in creating content for Meta and Google advertising campaigns. Create landing page content and promotional materials. Support email marketing and Whats App campaigns. Help improve traffic and engagement across digital channels.
AI & Creative Tools Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and idea generation. Leverage modern content creation platforms for scripting, editing and design. Stay current with emerging digital and social media trends.

Requirements Must Have2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or a related field. Strong video shooting and editing skills. Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities. Experience creating engaging short-form video content. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong visual and creative instincts. Passion for creating content that drives engagement and brand growth. Nice to Have Experience in coffee, food & beverage, hospitality or lifestyle brands. Photography skills. Graphic design experience. Experience with Meta Ads. Experience with Shopify or e-commerce brands. Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Cap Cut AI, Copilot or similar platforms.
