هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل وموقع العمل ميداني لمسؤول سلامة مقره في الشارقة. سيقوم مسؤول السلامة بالإشراف وتنفيذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل، عقد برامج تدريب السلامة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية. تشمل المسؤوليات التحقيق في حوادث مكان العمل، وتحديد المخاطر، وتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة، وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية. سيتعاون مسئول السلامة أيضًا مع الفرق لمراقبة وتحسين ممارسات السلامة عبر جميع العمليات.
المرشح المثالي
يفضل درجة في الهندسة المدنية
الكفاءة في لوائح الصحة والسلامة وضمان الامتثال
الخبرة في التحقيق في صحة العمال وحوادثهم
معرفة قوية بممارسات وبروتوكولات الأمن
القدرة على إجراء وتقديم جلسات تدريب سلامة فعالة
امتلاك مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة
الانتباه للتفاصيل وقدرات حل المشكلات
التص certification في الصحة والسلامة أو المجال ذو الصلة مفضل (NEBOSH / IOSH)
الخبرة في قطاع الطرق والبنية التحتية لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Sharjah. The Safety Officer will oversee and implement health and safety policies in the workplace, conduct safety training programs, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include investigating workplace incidents, identifying hazards, implementing safety measures, and promoting a secure and healthy work environment. The Safety Officer will also collaborate with teams to monitor and improve safety practices across all operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree preferably in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in Health & Safety regulations and ensuring compliance
Experience with Occupational Health and Accident Investigation
Strong knowledge of Security practices and protocols
Ability to conduct and deliver effective Safety Training sessions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Certification in Health and Safety or relevant field is preferred (NEBOSH / IOSH)
Experience in the Roads and infrastructure sector for atleast 2 years.
