JOB TITLE : Consultant Rheumatologist - UAE LOCATION : UAE EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-time SECTOR : Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its autoimmune, inflammatory joint disease and connective tissue disorder services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Rheumatologist to join its growing clinical team.

ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Diagnose and manage inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue disease, vasculitis, gout, osteoporosis and autoimmune disorders.
• Prescribe and monitor DMARDs, biologics, immunosuppressants and infusion therapies safely.
• Perform joint assessments, injections and musculoskeletal ultrasound where within scope.
• Coordinate care with nephrology, dermatology, pulmonology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and physiotherapy.
• Educate patients on disease control, medication safety, lifestyle and flare management.
• Support registry participation, audit, safety monitoring and evidence-based protocols.
