التسليمات وتقييمات الحالة: دعم كبار المساحين في إجراء تسليم الممتلكات وتقييمات الحالة الشاملة عبر الإمارات العربية المتحدة، مع ترجمة بيانات الأصول إلى حلول صيانة والامتثال عملية.
فحص الموقع: إجراء فحوصات ميدانية دقيقة وتسلُّم الأصول لجمع بيانات ميدانية، وتقييم حالات المباني القائمة، وضمان تطابق التشطيبات المنفذة مع معايير التسليم التعاقدية واللوائح المحلية.
التحليل الفني: إجراء تحليل فني لعيوب المباني (التتبع)، وتدهور الهيكل، وأداء المواد لضمان السلامة والكفاءة والاندماج الطويل الأجل للأصول.
التقارير والتوثيق: إعداد قوائم التتبع التفصيلية، وتقارير الحالة الفنية، والمواصفات باستخدام أدوات الهندسة وبرمجيات المسح لتوثيق العيوب وحالات الأصول بوضوح.
التنقل والتنقل بين المواقع: استخدام رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات للسفر بشكل مستقل إلى مواقع مختلفة في الإمارات لإجراء فحوصات وتقييمات ميدانية في الوقت المحدد.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
التعليم: شهادة البكالوريوس في مسح المباني، الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة المعمارية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة: خبرة من 1–3 سنوات في فحص الممتلكات، التتبع، مسح المباني، أو الإشراف الموقعي، ويُفضل في الإمارات.
التراخيص: رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية شرط أساسي لهذه الدور نظرًا لسفر متكرر بين مواقع المشروع.
المهارات التقنية:
كفاءة في برامج CAD وتطبيقات المسح/التتبع الرقمية.
فهم قوي لعلم أمراض المباني (تحديد العيوب، الرطوبة، التشققات الإنشائية، إلخ).
إلمام بقوانين البناء الإماراتية، ولوائح الدفاع المدني، وبروتوكولات التسليم.
المهارات الناعمة: دقة ملاحظة استثنائية، مهارات كتابة تقارير باللغة الإنجليزية، والقدرة على التواصل المهني مع العملاء والمطورين والمقاولين في الموقع.
الراتب : الراتب لهذا الدور مقيد بـ 4000 درهم إماراتي شاملاً جميع المزايا.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handovers & Condition Assessments: Support Senior Surveyors in conducting property handovers and comprehensive condition assessments across the UAE, translating asset data into practical maintenance and compliance solutions.
Site Inspections: Conduct rigorous on-site inspections and asset handovers to gather field data, evaluate existing building conditions, and ensure constructed finishes align with contractual handover standards and local regulations.
Technical Analysis: Perform technical analysis of building defects (snagging), structural deterioration, and material performance to guarantee the safety, efficiency, and long-term integrity of the property assets.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed snagging lists, technical condition reports, and specifications using engineering tools and survey software to document defects and asset conditions clearly.
Mobility & Site Travel: Utilize a valid UAE driving license to independently travel to various site locations across the Emirates for timely field inspections and assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in property inspection, snagging, building surveying, or site supervision, preferably within the UAE.
Licensing: A valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory for this role due to frequent travel between project sites.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software and digital surveying/snagging applications.
Strong understanding of building pathology (identifying defects, dampness, structural cracks, etc.).
Familiarity with UAE building codes, civil defense regulations, and handover protocols.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong report-writing skills in English, and the ability to professionally interface with clients, developers, and contractors on-site.
Salary : The salary for this role is capped at AED 4000.00 inclusive of all benefits.
