أ- الأساسية
§ تقنية المعلومات أو أي تخصصات ذات علاقة
§ (15) سنة للبكالوريوس أو ما يعادله / (12) للماجستير / (9) للدكتوراه في مجالات عمل مشابهة
ب- الإضافية :شهادات مهنية تقنية مالية / إدارة المشاريع في مجال العمل، منها:
§ the framework for the management of IT-enabled services ITIL 4
§ Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
§ Agile Analysis Certification(AAC)
PMP
Educational qualifications and years of experience
A- Fundamentals
§ Information Technology or any related disciplines
§ (15) years for a bachelor’s degree or equivalent / (12) for Master’s / (9) for PhD in related fields
B- Additional: Technical, financial / project management certifications in the field, including:
§ the framework for the management of IT-enabled services ITIL 4
§ Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
§ Agile Analysis Certification(AAC)
