We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Studies & Research to lead our research function and support evidence-based decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee research initiatives, develop departmental strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality studies that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Studies & Research Section. Develop and implement the department's strategic and operational plans. Conduct benchmarking studies, perform data analysis, and develop feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and evidence-based decision-making. Prepare and oversee annual research plans, including short-, medium-, and long-term studies. Conduct and supervise technical, analytical, and sector-specific research. Establish and maintain research databases and knowledge repositories. Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and industry experts. Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports. Manage the department's budget and resources. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure research outputs align with organizational priorities and best practices

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 6 years' experience in Benchmarking, Feasibility Studies & Data Analytics. Professional certifications in organizational excellence, strategic management, innovation, or leadership are preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, research, and project management skill
