For a client, we are currently looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant for a luxury home appliances brand.
Key Responsibilities• Welcome customers to the Showroom and offer them thepremium experience.• Identify and understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggestappropriate solutions.• Demonstrate products and encourage customers to try them.• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.• Assist clients via phone, emails• Evaluate leads, identifying the high potential quotes, and following up and closingdeals.• Maintain monthly forecast for back orders and quotes.• Achieve and exceed the targets set.• Invite potential clients to the showroom for a hands-on cooking experience.• Coordinate with the logistics and service departments for delivery and installation.• Deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints.• Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about all appliances.
