We are seeking an innovative and detail-focused Marketing Executive and a strong track record in marketing, ideally within the consulting or training sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The highest-priority skillset includes strong to advanced proficiency in email marketing, and a project management ability to manage complexity across a wide range of marketing campaigns. B2B marketing experience is preferred, along with proficiency in using Linked In as a marketing and sales tool. Strong capabilities in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising are also required. Deep expertise and familarity with email marketing and various technological platforms Abiltiy to use design tools like Canva, Adobe, etc. to drive design of marketing material Ability to manage and provide oversight on multiple marketing and sales activtieis, and ensure process is being executed effectively Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation. Design and manage digital and content marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support client engagement efforts with targeted marketing collateral and campaigns. Create and optimize content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client insights to inform marketing decisions and campaign adjustments. Maintain and update the company’s website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Leverage marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, generating insights for continuous improvement. Manage and develop relationships with external vendors, media partners, and industry influencers to expand reach. Provide logistical and administrative support for events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Support the organization’s participation in industry events, conferences, and expos, coordinating marketing materials and engagement strategies. Stay current with marketing best practices, identifying new tools and techniques to improve marketing outcomes. Requirements: Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field. Location: Position based in Dubai; applicants must be currently located in Dubai. Languages: Arabic fluency preferred but not required Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in marketing within a training, consulting, or related field; demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
