Job description

We're looking for an Operations manager to overse internal systems, coordination, and process improvement to ensure the business runs efficiently and consistently. This role plays a central part in aligning teams, supporting delivery standards, and building scalable operational structure across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational workflows across departments

Improve internal systems, processes, and team coordination

Support reporting, documentation, and operational visibility

Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvements

Help maintain service quality through clear process management

Coordinate with leadership on priorities, execution, and team support

Ensure internal operations remain organized, consistent, and scalable

This position is with Gulf Alts, a Dubai-based real estate developer & asset management company

Skills

What we're looking for:

4+ years of experience in operations, administration, or business management

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Experience building or improving internal workflows

Ability to manage priorities across teams and functions

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience in real estate or service-based businesses is preferred
