Job Title- Senior Sales Operations Support ( Real Estate Developers background only) Type – Outsourced Duration – 12 months extendable Work Location – Abu Dhabi Salary – Up to AED 16000
Mandatory: Must be from Real Estate Developer background, preferably Arabic Speakers, Experience using Salesforce
Coordinate with the sales team to process and close transactions within agreed timelines. Follow up on pending transactions, payments, and required documentation. Ensure accurate collection and handover of payments and maintain updated transaction records in CRM. Liaise with Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers to resolve payment and transaction-related issues. Review sales documents for accuracy and compliance before processing. Monitor transaction progress, escalate delays, and prepare sales/transaction reports. Support process improvements, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with audits. Provide support for CRM/system enhancements and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and brokers. Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
