Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mechanical Engineer at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS. The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop ventilation and HVAC system components, including fans and related mechanical assemblies, using modern engineering and CAD tools. Responsibilities include performing calculations, simulations, and performance analyses, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and supporting product customization for specific projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams, contributing to R&D activities for new or improved products, and assisting in project planning, timelines, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The Mechanical Engineer will also support quality, safety, and compliance efforts by aligning designs with relevant standards and certifications.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply engineering principles to HVAC and ventilation systems. Proficiency in Machine Design, including component selection, mechanical calculations, and reliability considerations. Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and design documentation. Background in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including prototyping, testing, and continuous product improvement. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage. Knowledge of ventilation, HVAC, or industrial fan systems and familiarity with international standards and certifications is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
