Drive AI/ML-powered automation initiatives using frameworks such as Ollama and LangChain, including NLP model enhancement for IVR automation
Implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism to streamline operational processes
Design and optimize business process automation workflows using IBM BPM and Pega, supporting business process re-engineering initiatives
Develop high-performance front-end solutions using React and Angular for digital banking channels, ensuring exceptional user experience
Define and enforce non-functional architecture requirements including scalability, high availability, resilience, performance, and security
Conduct integration and solution design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
Develop business process models using UML, wireframes, and mock-ups to translate complex requirements into actionable solution blueprints
Ensure requirement traceability and governance through structured documentation using Word, Excel, Visio, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Embed DevOps practices and Agile delivery methodologies to accelerate delivery while maintaining architectural integrity
Align digital application strategies with enterprise architecture standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable technology modernization
Support full project lifecycle activities from requirements analysis, solution design, build/configuration, testing, UAT, to production rollout
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to ensure solution alignment and organizational buy-in
