الأدوار والمسؤوليات
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الإمارات كمهندس موقع مدني.
الانضمام الفوري مطلب أساسي.
يفضّل الجنسية المصرية.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية تُعتبر ميزة.
المهارات التقنية:
معرفة قوية بـتنفيذ الموقع، طرق البناء، وتنسيق المشروع.
خبرة في الأعمال الإنشائية الهيكلية والمعمارية والبنية التحتية.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير وتنفيذ الرسومات الإنشائية، الرسومات التنفيذية، والمواصفات.
إتقان AutoCAD و MS Office (معرفة بـ Primavera أو MS Project تعتبر ميزة).
خبرة في استخراج الكميات، تقدير المواد، وأخذ القياسات الميدانية.
معرفة بإجراءات QA/QC، الفحوصات، والتوثيق.
الألفة مع قوانين البناء الإماراتية، اللوائح الرسمية، ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
القدرة على التنسيق مع المستشارين، المقاولين من الباطن، وفِرَق المشروع.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، التواصل، والتقارير.
مكان العمل: حضورياً
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
المعرفة باللغة العربية تُشكل ميزة كبيرة.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
Immediate joining is mandatory.
Egyptian nationality preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and project coordination.
Experience in structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage).
Experience in quantity take-off, material estimation, and site measurements.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation.
Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and HSE requirements.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
