The Interior Design & 3D Rendering Intern will support the design team while working closely with the Events team to develop creative concepts, spatial layouts, and visualizations that bring brand experiences and event environments to life. This role combines creative thinking with hands-on execution, assisting in the preparation of design presentations, 3D renders, and mood boards while gaining exposure to live projects and event delivery. The intern will collaborate closely with event managers to translate creative ideas into compelling visual outputs, supporting both the conceptual and execution phases of projects in a fast-paced agency environment.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept Development & Design Support Assist in translating creative concepts into 3D visualizations, mood boards, and spatial layouts for events and brand activations. Support the development of interior and event design proposals aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines. Research materials, finishes, furniture, and décor references to support concept development. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Events team and contribute creative ideas for immersive experiences.
3D Visualization & Technical Support Create and refine 3D models and renderings using design software (e.g., Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, or similar tools). Assist in preparing floor plans, layouts, and visual presentations for internal reviews and client presentations. Support rendering updates based on feedback from designers and event project teams. Ensure visual outputs accurately reflect event concepts and spatial requirements.
Project Coordination & Event Support Work closely with the Events team to support planning, setup, and installation phases where required. Assist with site visits, measurements, and coordination with suppliers. Support the preparation of design documentation for event production. Help maintain organized project files and track design revisions.
Collaboration Collaborate daily with designers, event managers, production teams, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment. Support cross-functional teams to ensure concepts are executed smoothly from design through delivery. Learn and apply company design and event standards across projects.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field. Basic knowledge of design and rendering software (Sketch Up, Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools). Strong interest in events, experiential design, and spatial storytelling.
