Al Libas is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Shop Floor Sales Executive to join our menswear retail team in Deira, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, understands the value of excellent service and has an interest in fabrics, tailoring, fashion and premium retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting fabrics and tailoring services.
• Provide knowledgeable styling advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Coordinate customer measurements and tailoring orders with the tailoring team.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized and well presented.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally in person and by phone.

Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales; experience in textiles, fabrics, tailoring, menswear or fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi or Swahili is an advantage.
• Friendly, confident and professional personality.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
