Role Description As the Owner at Soft Sol in Hyderabad, this full-time on-site role involves providing strategic leadership, setting business goals, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global vision and service offerings. The Owner oversees operations across enterprise modernization, custom development, test automation, Salesforce services, and cloud solutions, coordinating with delivery teams to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and maintaining key client relationships, guiding business development initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities in the IT services space. The Owner is also accountable for financial performance, resource planning, and operational governance, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment and supporting the professional growth of team members.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary IT teams and complex service portfolios. Proficiency in IT services and solutions, particularly in areas such as application modernization, custom software development, test automation, Salesforce implementation, and cloud computing. Business development and client relationship management skills, including experience with enterprise and public-sector customers and long-term account growth. Financial and operational management capabilities, including budgeting, P&L oversight, risk management, and process improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global locations and cultures. Background in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree in business or technology is beneficial. Proven track record in leading or owning an IT services organization or business unit, preferably within software modernization or enterprise solutions. Commitment to ethical, inclusive leadership and the ability to build a diverse, high-performing team environment.
