Role Description The Project Engineer role at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Engineer will manage HVAC and ventilation projects from design review through installation and commissioning, ensuring technical accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing project plans, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. The role also involves analyzing technical drawings, supporting electrical and mechanical design integration, preparing technical documentation and reports, and resolving on-site engineering issues. The Project Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in HVAC or ventilation systems. Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource coordination. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams. Candidates should possess proficiency in technical drawing review and use of engineering and CAD software related to HVAC and electrical systems. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; relevant professional certifications are an asset. Experience in construction or industrial projects, preferably involving large-scale ventilation or HVAC applications, is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to international standards and safety regulations.
