The Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Expert- Service design for a 4 month project in Abu Dhabi.
Mandatory education: Master’s in: Public Policy, Public Administration, Social Policy, Government Transformation Or MBA with public sector focus Additional Certifications (good to have): PMP / PgMP, TOGAF / Operating Model design, Lean six sigma
Mandatory Experience Government / Public Sector: 5+ years in government, semi-government, or regulated social sector Policy & Governance Design: Direct ownership or engagement of sector-level policy, governance frameworks, or regulatory models Government/ Public Services: Experience in public or government sectors Service Lifecycle Governance: Designed service introduction, review, enhancement, and termination frameworks Multi-Entity Operating Models: Led cross-entity / cross-sector governance and RACI development Strategy to Execution: Translated policy into tools, guidelines, forms, SOPs, and governance workflows, Product Management Regional Context: UAE / GCC government transformation experience
