يهتم بتعطّل القياس في موقع محطة الطاقة والتحلية وأعمال الصيانة المجدولة مع الحد الأدنى من التوجيه والإشراف. يقيم فنيًا متطلبات المهام المخصصة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإتمام هذا العمل. باستخدام نظام الصيانة المحوسب، يطلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحافظ على سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة المنفذة. يضمن أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تُنفّذ وفق إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات تشغيل المحطة. يبلغ عن الأعطال المتكررة ويساعد في RCFA لتحديد حل أمثل لحل المشكلة. يوفر تدريباً أثناء العمل للحرفيين الجدد لإعدادهم بالمهارات اللازمة للقيام بعمليات الصيانة والإصلاح كما هو مخطط
المرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات الدنيا: الثانوية العامة أو الدبلومالخبرة الدنيا: يجب أن يكون على دراية بجميع أدوات الصيانة وأن يكون لديه معرفة جيدة بسلامة المحطة. المعرفة والخبرة المطلوبة في الوظيفة هي تلك التي يكتسبها من خبرة سابقة بالعمل في محطة طاقة أو تحلية وعلى خلفية تعرض لعمليات صيانة ومعايرة القياسات الميدانية التالية، أجهزة قياس الضغط ودرجة الحرارة والمستوى والتدفقأنظمة تشغيل صمامات بالهواء المضغوط والهيدروليكيةأنظمة حماية CO2 من الحرائقأنظمة الكشف عن الغاز بالأشعة تحت الحمراءالعمل في ضغوط زمنية وتقنية، ومعرفة أن أي خطأ/خطأ سيكلف المحطة بشكل كبير سواء بتأخير أو تلف معدات أو إصابة أحد العاملين. يمكن تعيينه والعمل بنظام النوبة. يمكن استدعاؤه في أي وقت للقيام بأعمال الأعطال لمدير تشغيل النوبة. يجب أن يواكب التطورات التكنولوجية ومفاهيم التحكم. العمل في بيئة حارة جدًا وقذرة، وعلى منصات عالية. المهارات: يجب أن يكون قادرًا على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والكتيبات. يجب أن تكون لديه معرفة/خبرة في مجالات الأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية والكمبيوتر والهيدروليكية والهوائية
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Attends to Power and Desalination plant field instrumentation breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision. Technically assesses the requirement of the allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work. Using the computerized maintenance system, orders the spare parts from the warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed. Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements. Reports repeated breakdowns and assist in RCFA to identify an optimum solution to resolve the problem. Provides on the job training to new craftsmen in order to equip them with the necessary skills to be able to carry out maintenance repair work as planned
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications: Higher secondary or diploma Minimum Experience: Must be familiar with all maintenance tools and should have good knowledge of Plant Safety. The knowledge and experience required in the position is that gained previously experience working in a power or desalination plant and with exposure preferably to any of the maintenance and calibration of the following field instrumentation, Pressure, temperature, level, & flow measuring devicesPneumatic & Hydraulic valve actuation systemsCO2 Fire Protection systemsInfrared Gas Detection systemsWorking under time and technical pressure, and knowing that any mistake/error made will substantially cost the power station either on delay, equipment damage, or personnel injury.He can be assigned and work on shift duty. He can be called out any time to attend to breakdown work for the shift operation manager.He has to keep abreast with new technologies and control concepts. Working in very hot, dirty environment, and high level platforms.Skills:Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and manuals.Must have knowledge / experience in the field of electrical, electronics, computer, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices
