Role Description : We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Play Attendants for our upcoming branch.
As a Play Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities:* Supervise children during play activities and ensure their safety at all times* Assist guests with play area rules, activities, and general inquiries* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the play area* Engage with children through fun and interactive activities* Provide friendly and professional customer service to parents and guests* Report any safety concerns or incidents to the management team
Qualifications:* Previous experience in childcare, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage* Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality* Patient and comfortable interacting with children* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
