What You'll DoBuild and maintain a portfolio of landlords and tenants. Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals. Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice. Negotiate tenancy agreements and guide clients through the leasing process. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service. Work towards individual and team performance targets within a collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For Previous sales or customer-facing experience (real estate experience is advantageous but not essential). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to succeed. Strong work ethic and resilience. Full UAE driving licence is an advantage. Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
