Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Software Tester / QA Analyst / Automation Engineer role based in Dubai. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases to validate web and marketing-related software solutions, tools, and platforms. The team member will perform functional, regression, and integration testing, identify defects, document findings, and collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and improve quality. Responsibilities may include creating and maintaining automated test scripts, participating in requirement reviews, and contributing to test plans and quality standards for new and existing features. The role also requires continuous monitoring of system performance and usability to ensure reliable, high-quality experiences for clients and end users. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Test Execution skills to validate functionality and performance across multiple platforms. Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Test Cases skills to design, document, and maintain structured testing processes. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret test results, diagnose issues, and suggest practical improvements. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, preferably in web, e-commerce, or marketing technology environments. Familiarity with defect tracking systems and collaboration tools, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a systematic approach to problem-solving. Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in digital marketing or advertising technology is an advantage, as is prior work within e-commerce or pharmaceutical domains.
