Key Responsibilities Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations. Monitor workforce performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management teams. Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues. Monitor material usage and report site progress to management. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction regulations and standards is an advantage. Valid driving license is preferred.
