Black & Grey HRتسعى إلىمهندس قاعدة المسحللانضمام إلى فريق دعم المسح العِلمي لشركة عميلنا بشكل دائم. بناءً على منشأة الشاطئ الخاصة بالعميل، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وصيانة واستعداد ونشر معدات وأصول المسح التي تدعم عمليات المسح البحرية. ستعمل كحلقة الاتصال الفنية الأساسية بين قاعدة الشاطئ وفِرق مشاريع المسح، مع ضمان تعبئة جميع أنظمة المسح وصيانتها وإعادتها وفقاً للمتطلبات التشغيلية والجودة.
هذه وظيفة دائمة تتيح الفرصة لدعم عدة حملات مسح بحرية من خلال إدارة فعالة للمعدات، وتخطيط التعبئة، والسيطرة على الأصول، والتنسيق الفني مع هندسة المسح واللوجستيات وفِرق السفن.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية-إدارة جميع معدات المسح وأصولها في قاعدة الشاطئ، بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين والفحص وجدولة الصيانة والحفاظ على الأصول.-تنسيق إجراءات المعايرة والشهادات والصيانة الوقائية من خلال عمليات عقد الصيانة السنوية المعتمدة (AMC).-الحفاظ على جرد دقيق للمعدات وسجلات الأصول وسجلات المعايرة وتاريخ الصيانة.-مراقبة مستويات مخزون مستهلكات المسح وقطع الغيار والملحقات، لضمان الجهوزية التشغيلية في جميع الأوقات.-التخطيط والتحضير والتنسيق لحزم تعبئة معدات المسح للتعبئة للسفن offshore ونفاذ المشاريع، لضمان الجاهزية الكاملة قبل الإبحار.-الإشراف على عملية Demobilisation، بما في ذلك الفحص والاختبار والخدمة وإعادة دمج المعدات العائدة من المشاريع البحرية.-تنسيق تغليف المعدات والشحن والنقل ومتطلبات اللوجستيات بالتعاون مع فرق المستودعات واللوجستيات.-ضمان اكتمال أنشطة التعبئة والتفكيك وفق جداول المشروع وإجراءات الشركة.-التصرف كحلقة وصل تقنية رئيسية بين قاعدة الشاطئ وفريق هندسة المسح وبكوادر السفن وفِرق المشروع فيما يتعلق بمتطلبات معدات المسح.-تنسيق إصلاحات المعدات وتشخيص الأعطال والمعايرة والشهادات مع موظفي هندسة المسح ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين.-دعم تخطيط التعبئة عبر حل مشكلات المعدات التقنية وضمان أن جميع أنظمة المسح تعمل بشكل كامل قبل النشر.-المساعدة في الإعداد والتأهيل للمساحين بشأن التعامل مع المعدات وتخزينها وصيانتها ومعايير العناية بها.المتطلبات- درجة أو دبلوم في المسح الهيدرографي، الجيو-علميات، تكنولوجيا بحرية، الإلكترونيات، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة معدات المسح وأصولها ضمن المسح البحري والهيدروجرافي والبحري أو عمليات ما بعد القاع البحري.
- معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة MBES وأنظمة تحديد المواقع USBL وأجهزة GNSS ووحدات مرجع الحركة (MRU) وأجهزة استشعار المسح المرتبطة.
- خبرة في تنسيق تعبئة وتفكيك المعدات والمعايرة والصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحات وإدارة المخزون.
- فهم جيد لعمليات المسح البحري وتنسيق اللوجستيات وإدارة دورة حياة المعدات.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة جداول تعبئة معدات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء التقني والتخطيط والتنسيق عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- دقة عالية في الحفاظ على سجلات الأصول وحالة المعايرة ووثائق المعدات ودقة المخزون.
- مهارات اتصال وإدارة أصحاب مصلحة قوية، مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع مهندسي المسح والموظفين البحريين ولوجستيات والموردين للمعدات.
- الإتقان في أنظمة إدارة المخزون وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.

- اختيار IHO/FIG فئة A أو فئة B في المسح الهيدروجرافي مفضل.
- شهادة BOSIET أو HUET سارية المفعول مفيدة.

Job description
Black & Grey HRis seeking aSurvey Base Engineerto join our client's offshore survey support team on a permanent basis. Based at the client's shore facility, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, readiness, and deployment of survey equipment and assets supporting offshore survey operations. You will act as the primary technical interface between the shore base and survey project teams, ensuring all survey systems are mobilised, maintained, and returned in accordance with operational and quality requirements.
This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to support multiple offshore survey campaigns through effective equipment management, mobilisation planning, asset control, and technical coordination with survey engineering, logistics, and vessel teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Manage all survey equipment and assets at the shore base, including receipt, storage, inspection, maintenance scheduling, and asset preservation.-Coordinate calibration, certification, and preventative maintenance activities through approved Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) processes.-Maintain accurate equipment inventory, asset registers, calibration records, and maintenance history.-Monitor stock levels of survey consumables, spare parts, and accessories, ensuring operational readiness at all times.-Plan, prepare, and coordinate survey equipment mobilisation packs for offshore vessels and project deployments, ensuring complete readiness before departure.-Oversee the demobilisation process, including inspection, testing, servicing, and reintegration of equipment returning from offshore projects.-Coordinate equipment packaging, shipping, transportation, and logistics requirements in collaboration with stores and logistics teams.-Ensure mobilisation and demobilisation activities are completed in accordance with project schedules and company procedures.-Act as the primary technical liaison between the shore base, survey engineering team, vessel crews, and project teams on survey equipment requirements.-Coordinate equipment repairs, fault diagnosis, calibration, and certification with Survey Engineering personnel and external service providers.-Support mobilisation planning by resolving technical equipment issues and ensuring all survey systems are fully operational prior to deployment.-Assist with onboarding and familiarisation of survey personnel on equipment handling, storage, maintenance, and care standards.Requirements- Degree or Diploma in Hydrographic Survey, Geomatics, Marine Technology, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience managing survey equipment and assets within offshore survey, hydrographic, marine, or subsea operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Multibeam Echo Sounders (MBES), USBL positioning systems, GNSS equipment, Motion Reference Units (MRU), and associated survey sensors.
- Experience coordinating equipment mobilisation, demobilisation, calibration, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
- Good understanding of offshore survey operations, logistics coordination, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple equipment mobilisation schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting, planning, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail in maintaining asset records, calibration status, equipment documentation, and inventory accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with survey engineers, offshore personnel, logistics teams, and equipment vendors.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
CERTIFICATIONS (Please attach below certificates)
- IHO/FIG Category A or Category B Hydrographic Survey qualification is preferred.
- Valid BOSIET or HUET certification is advantageous.
- Equipment manufacturer certifications for offshore survey systems are considered an added advantage.
