المرشح المثالي
يفضّل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة لضمان أساس قوي في المبادئ المالية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور التحصيل أو إدارة الائتمان، مع سجل حافل في استرداد الديون.
شهادة في إدارة الائتمان أو التحصيل، مثل شريك الاعمال الائتماني (CBA) أو أخصائي التحصيل المعتمد (CCS)، تُعد ميزة.
تجربة في الصناعة المحددة للشركة تعزز فهم احتياجات العملاء وتكتيكات التحصيل الفعالة.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundation in financial principles.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a collections or credit management role, demonstrating a proven track record in debt recovery.
Certification in credit management or collections, such as the Credit Business Associate (CBA) or Certified Collections Specialist (CCS), is a plus.
Experience in the specific industry of the company enhances understanding of client needs and effective collection tactics.
