Job Summary:To collect and analyze institutional and sectoral data, develop frameworks, methodologies, and guidelines for data analysis and management, and provide consultation and guidance on data management matters.
Responsibilities:Prepare and implement the annual operational plan, including targets, KPIs, and budget requirements. Design and develop data architecture to improve analysis and reporting efficiency. Establish frameworks and methodologies for institutional data management. Oversee development of data operation and archiving standards aligned with government policies. Integrate emerging technologies into data management processes. Evaluate database changes and ensure alignment with business requirements. Oversee data security in coordination with relevant entities. Conduct periodic data maturity assessments and improvement plans. Develop centralized databases for strategic and sectoral data. Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi-government organizations Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field Must have Strategic Planning and Performance Management skills Must have data collection and analysis skills Must have a family book
