Fresh Truffle & Premium Ingredients Assistant Are you passionate about premium ingredients, fine food, and hospitality? Do you have experience in a professional kitchen or premium food handling environment? We are a premium food distribution company supplying high-quality ingredients to hospitality clients across the UAE. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on assistant to support the handling, quality control, preparation, and delivery of fresh truffles and other premium products. What you’ll do:Support the receiving and checking of incoming premium products according to company quality standards. Assist with stock handling, storage, rotation, and daily inventory control. Prepare customer orders with care, accuracy, and attention to presentation. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to support timely order fulfilment. Assist with deliveries when required, while maintaining product quality and professional service standards. Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures at all times. What you bring:Experience as a Chef, Commis Chef, Sous Chef, or in premium food handling is highly preferred. Valid UAE driving licence. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and reliability. Good spoken and written English. Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible during busy periods. Professional attitude, discretion, and pride in handling premium products.
