Role Description The Ecommerce Manager role is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. The person in this role will oversee daily online store operations, including managing product listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a smooth customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing pricing and promotions, coordinating with customer service to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate order and fulfillment processes. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives that improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall performance. This role also involves developing and refining business processes that align with the initiative’s focus on ethical, well-targeted digital engagement. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to develop sales forecasts, define ecommerce strategies, and refine operational processes. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional work, and produce clear documentation. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a positive online shopping experience and handle inquiries and issues effectively. Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage order flows, maintain accurate records, and support promotional and merchandising activities. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento), basic understanding of digital marketing, and familiarity with ethical automation practices. A background in business, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in ecommerce or online retail, is preferred.
