Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based at Doctor Kibar Clinic in Abu Dhabi. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures according to established clinical protocols. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, documenting nursing care accurately, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and supporting patient education on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. The nurse will adhere to infection control standards, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and assist with triage, appointment flow, and overall patient experience. The role also involves maintaining professional confidentiality, complying with local regulatory requirements, and contributing to a collaborative, respectful clinical environment. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi (HAAD/DOH or equivalent), with a nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree. Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic life support; Advanced Life Support certifications are an advantage. Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear health education and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Experience with electronic medical records, accurate documentation, and adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards. Prior experience in clinic or hospital settings; experience in specialized outpatient care (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine, surgery, or similar) is a plus. Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple patients, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining calm in fast-paced situations.
