We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support and execute our online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon). Ensure accurate product information including pricing, pack sizes, barcodes, and descriptions. Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations. Execute online promotions, discounts, and bundle offers in line with trade marketing plans. Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports (sales, stock levels, campaign performance). Track competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment. Optimize product visibility through keyword updates, banners, and merchandising. Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns and visibility opportunities. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues impacting customer experience. Support new product launches online, ensuring timely listing and visibility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce Strong Excel skills (reporting, data tracking). Good understanding of online merchandising and promotions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
