We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concept development, space planning, project coordination, and 3D visualization. This role requires leadership capabilities, excellent design expertise, and advanced proficiency in Sketch Up and V-Ray to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development of interior design concepts from initial brief through project completion. Prepare detailed space planning, design layouts, and technical drawings. Create advanced 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings using Sketch Up and V-Ray. Develop design presentations, mood boards, material specifications, and client proposals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews. Oversee site execution and ensure that the final outcome aligns with approved design concepts and specifications. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and support their professional development. Review and approve design deliverables before submission to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, products, and innovative design solutions.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within the UAEAdvanced proficiency in Sketch Up and V-Ray (mandatory). Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects. Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, furniture, and finishes. Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to manage client relationships and lead design discussions confidently. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates with experience in European design standards and luxury residential projects are highly preferred.
