We have been awarded an iconic high-rise tower in a prime Dubai location for one of the region's most reputed developers, and we are looking for senior professionals to join the project team, site based:
QA/QC Manager Lead the project quality function independently, reporting directly to corporate management and liaising directly with the Consultant Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, method statements, material submittals, inspections, NCR management, audits and monthly quality reporting Drive quality performance across all trades and subcontractors on a landmark high-rise ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required.
Requirements :
*Minimum 10 years' experience with proven track record on similar high-rise tower projects*Dubai experience is essential*Strong working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract*PMP certification required*Able to handle projects of AED 600M+ scale*Fluent English, strong reporting and communication skills*Software: MS Office (advanced Excel), Auto CAD, Aconex/EDMS document control, Primavera P6 familiarity; for QS role additionally Plan Swift/Cost X and Candy (CCS) or similar
