. QS Manager (Commercial Manager) Lead the commercial function: BOQ and quantities management, interim payment applications, variations, claims, subcontract procurement, cost control and cashflow Manage commercial administration under a FIDIC-based contract on a project value exceeding AED 600 Million Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) will be given priority
Requirements:*Minimum 10 years' experience with proven track record on similar high-rise tower projects*Dubai experience is essential*Strong working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract*PMP certification required*Able to handle projects of AED 600M+ scale*Fluent English, strong reporting and communication skills*Software: MS Office (advanced Excel), Auto CAD, Aconex/EDMS document control, Primavera P6 familiarity; for QS role additionally Plan Swift/Cost X and Candy (CCS) or similar
