Are you an experienced Property Manager or Holiday Homes professional looking to join one of Dubai's leading real estate companies?
We're looking for a driven, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team in Motor City. If you already have 1+ years Dubai property management or holiday homes experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:Manage a portfolio of residential and holiday home properties across Dubai. Work closely with our Lettings team to maximise occupancy and rental income. Advertise available properties and coordinate viewings. Negotiate tenancy agreements with landlords and tenants. Collect rents, deposits and manage financial reporting. Handle tenant enquiries and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Coordinate contractors, repairs and preventative maintenance. Conduct property inspections and oversee handovers. Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and company procedures. Prepare reports, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve occupancy and profitability. Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term landlord relationships.
What We're Looking For:✅ Previous Dubai experience in Property Management or Holiday Homes is essential. You'll also have:Excellent communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
