Job Description:
Capture high-quality video footage during internal and external shoots, including events and team-based projects Edit and craft high-impact videos for social media, digital ads, events, and internal platforms Transform raw footage into compelling narratives using dynamic pacing, text overlays, music, transitions, and motion graphics—bringing creative, innovative ideas into every edit Create short-form and long-form content tailored for Instagram Reels, You Tube, Linked In, and paid campaigns Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with strategy and campaign objectives Apply AI-based editing tools and effects to enhance efficiency, creativity, and polish Develop original motion graphic assets (titles, transitions, lower thirds) to elevate video production Contribute bold editing styles and concepts to campaigns, ensuring every piece delivers clarity and visual energy Stay ahead of editing trends, formats, and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and optimized
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and shooting content for social, web, or campaigns Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (bonus: familiarity with Cap Cut, Runway, or similar AI tools) Strong command of video structure, storytelling, pacing, sound design, and typographic animation Ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear effectively during shoots Experience optimizing content for various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms Portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and results-driven thinking
