Role Description The Insights Analyst role is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the analyst will collect, organize, and interpret data related to civil engineering trends, market dynamics, and community needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and member research, generating customer and stakeholder insights, and performing data analytics to support strategic initiatives. The analyst will prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine research questions, validate assumptions, and communicate insights will be an important part of the role. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities to interpret quantitative and qualitative information. Experience in market research and customer insight generation, ideally within engineering, construction, or related sectors. Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. Proficiency with common data and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms). Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage part-time hours effectively. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in analytics or research are an advantage. Familiarity with the civil engineering landscape in the UAE and interest in community-focused initiatives is preferred.
