Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Road Marking | UAEWe are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with expertise in road marking projects to join our team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations for road marking works. Manage project costs, budgets, and cash flow. Handle contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts. Review BOQs, tender documents, and subcontractor quotations. Prepare payment applications and commercial reports. Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with UAE contract practices and project specifications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for road marking projects. Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, variations, and claims. Experience in measurement and valuation of road marking works. Familiarity with UAE contract practices; FIDIC knowledge is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
