Synopsis
Reporting to the Head of Offer, the Technology Project Specialist – Airline Revenue & Offer Management is responsible for managing and delivering technology projects across airline commercial platforms, with a focus on Revenue Management, Offer Management, Pricing, Distribution, Ancillaries, and related airline retailing capabilities.
The role will lead project planning, coordination, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and benefits tracking for initiatives involving core airline technology platforms such as Amadeus PSS, PROS, ATPCO, Airnguru, NDC, Offer Management, and other commercial systems.
Accountabilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Revenue Management, Offer Management, Pricing, Distribution, and airline retailing platforms. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, governance updates, and delivery reporting in line with PMO standards. Lead requirements gathering, scoping, impact assessment, and solution-definition activities with business and technology stakeholders. Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors, and third-party technology partners, including Amadeus and other airline commercial platform providers. Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, assumptions, and delivery constraints. Support projects involving Amadeus PSS, PROS, ATPCO, Airnguru, NDC, Offer Management, Pricing, Revenue Management, and related commercial systems. Ensure project outcomes are aligned to business value, operational readiness, and measurable benefits realisation. Facilitate communication between Commercial, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital, Technology, PMO, and vendor teams. Support testing, implementation readiness, business adoption, post-go-live activities, lessons learned, and project closure. Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, decisions required, and key delivery dependencies. Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, platform integration, and commercial technology enablement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience managing technology, systems, or business transformation projects, ideally within airline, travel technology, aviation, or digital commerce environments. Strong exposure to airline commercial technology platforms, particularly Revenue Management, Pricing, Offer Management, Distribution, Ancillaries, or Airline Retailing systems. Hands-on experience delivering or supporting projects involving Amadeus PSS, PROS, ATPCO, Airnguru, NDC, Offer & Order Management, or similar airline technology platforms. Strong understanding of airline business processes across revenue management, pricing, inventory, availability, distribution, and commercial optimisation. Experience working with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators to deliver complex initiatives. Good understanding of project governance, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and benefits realisation. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Strong analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex airline technology environment.
