Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the commercial evaluation of landmark architectural projects. You will be responsible for transforming complex architectural blueprints into highly accurate material take-offs, cost estimates, and winning competitive bids for unitized systems, stick façades, and ACP cladding.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Take-offs: Execute detailed quantity take-offs (BOQs) from architectural drawings.
Cost Optimization: Build comprehensive cost structures for materials, fabrication, site labor, and logistics.
Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving alternatives without compromising on structural specs or local Civil Defense codes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated façade/aluminium estimation experience.
Estimation Engines: Proficient in LogiKal (Orgadata), ReynaPro, or SchücoCal.
CAD & Take-offs: Expert level in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift.
System Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of major systems like Schüco, Reynaers, Technal, or Alupco.
Typologies: Experienced in Unitized, Stick, Spider systems, Skylights, and Cladding.
