الأدوار والمسؤوليات:
سيكون المهندس الأول للمصانع والآلات مسؤولاً عن ضمان المراقبة والسيطرة واستخدام معدات المصانع بكفاءة، وتشغيلها وتحسينها المستمر.
يتطلب هذا الدور فهماً عميقاً لمقاييس أداء المصانع والآلات، استهلاك الوقود، تحليل مولدات الديزل، تحليل توليد كيلووات-ساعة، رصد الكفاءة، تتبع الاستغلال من خلال أنظمة IoT، كفاءة التشغيل وتحليل التحسين، والمتابعة من حين لآخر مع فرق المشروع وP&M مع المعرفة ومهارات إدارة المشاريع في تشخيص الأعطال والإصلاح والتحسين لمعدات المصانع.
سيُسهم المرشح الناجح بدور رئيسي في الحفاظ على معايير السلامة التشغيلية والكفاءة العالية.
- توليد تقارير شهرية منتظمة
- النشر والتفتيش وHSEE والوقود وPMS وBMS وتقارير الفائض/الخمول
- المتابعات مع فرق PNM
- مهارات العرض
- معرفة معمقة بتنفيذ النظام وIoT والمتابعة وإكسل وجداول Pivot وPower BI ولوحة التحكم للمصنع والآلات

Roles and responsibilities:
The Senior Engineer for Plant & Machinery will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, controlling and ensuring the effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment.
This role requires a deep understanding of performance measures of the plant and machinery, fuel consumption, Diesel Generator Analysis, KWHr Generation Analysis, Efficiency monitoring, utilization tracking through IoT Systems, Operational efficiency and optimization analysis, time to time follow up with the project teams and P&M. along with knowledge and project management skills in the troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of plant equipment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of operational safety and efficiency.
- Regular Monthly Reports Generation
- Deployment, Inspection, HSEE, Fuel, PMS and BMS, Surplus/Idle Reports
- Follow ups with PNM teams
- Presentation Skills
- Thorough knowledge on System and IoT Implementation, Follow up, Excel, Pivot Tables and Power BI and dashboard for Plant and Machinery
