خبرة لا تقل عن 9+ سنوات في الإشراف على بناء المواقع.
خبرة قوية كـ المهندس المقيم.
خبرة في مشاريع الحكومة الإماراتية ميزة إضافية.
معرفة قوية بـ إدارة عقود FIDIC.
خبرة مع دوائر دبي والإشراف الإنشائي.
يفضّل المرشحون من شركات الاستشارات الهندسية الرائدة.
المتحدثون بالعربية مفضلون بشدة. سيتم النظر في جنسيات أخرى إذا عملوا في شركات استشارية هندسية ذات سمعة جيدة.
عضوية PMP أو الهندسة المهنية ميزة إضافية.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
قيادة فريق الإشراف الموقعي ومراقبة أنشطة البناء اليومية.
مراجعة عروض المقاول بما فيها WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, بيانات الطريقة، والرسومات التنفيذية.
متابعة تقدم المشروع والجودة والسلامة والامتثال التعاقدي.
التنسيق مع العميل والمتعهد والمستشارين والسلطات.
عقد وقيادة اجتماعات تقنية وتقدم وتنسيق.
مراجعة تقييمات الدفع وسجلات الفحص ووثائق المشروع.
ضمان إدارة العقود والإشراف وفقًا لإرشادات FIDIC.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 9+ years of experience in building construction supervision.
Strong experience as a Resident Engineer.
UAE Government project experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contract Administration.
Experience with Dubai Authorities and construction supervision.
Candidates from leading Engineering Consultancy companies are preferred.
Arabic speakers are highly preferred. Other nationalities will be considered if they have worked with reputed engineering consultancy firms.
PMP or Professional Engineering Membership is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Lead the site supervision team and oversee day-to-day construction activities.
Review contractor submissions including WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawings.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
Coordinate with the client, contractor, consultants, and authorities.
Conduct and lead technical, progress, and coordination meetings.
Review payment assessments, inspection records, and project documentation.
Ensure proper contract administration and supervision as per FIDIC guidelines.
