المسؤوليات الأساسية
هيكلة المشروع: تكوين WBS والشبكات/الشبكات الفرعية، والمعالم، وقوالب المشاريع القياسية المصممة وفق دورات حياة البناء. [1, 2]
الميزانية والتحكم في التكاليف: إعداد ميزانيات المشروع، الإصدارات، وتخطيط التكاليف مع ضمان تتبع CAPEX/OPEX بدقة والتسويات. [1, 2]
التخطيط للموارد والمواد: إدارة السعة، والشراء الخاص بالمشروع، وتوزيع الموارد باستخدام تكامل SAP PS مع إدارة المواد (MM). [1, 2, 3, 4]
التكامل عبر الوحدات: مواءمة PS مع FI (المحاسبة المالية)، CO (التحكم - تحديداً تحليل النتائج وتحليل الربحية)، وSD (المبيعات والتوزيع) من أجل فواتير المشروع والاعتراف بالإيرادات بدقة. [1, 2]
تتبع التقدم: تطبيق تحليل التقدم (EVM - إدارة القيمة المكتسبة) وتحليل النتائج لمراقبة صحة المشروع. [1]
المتطلبات الأساسية
خبرة المجالات: فهم قوي لصناعة البناء أو EPC، وبشكل محدد فيما يتعلق بالبنية التحتية الثقيلة أو المشاريع التجارية أو النفط والغاز. [1, 2]
خبرة التطبيق: الحد الأدنى من 3 إلى 5 تطبيقات SAP PS كاملة الدورة من البداية للنهاية، وغالباً ما يتطلب تعرضًا إلى SAP S/4HANA. [1, 2, 3]
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذو صلة. [1, 2]
الشهادات: يفضل شهادة SAP Project System (PS).

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Project Structuring: Configure WBS, Network/Sub-networks, Milestones, and standard project templates tailored to construction lifecycles. [1, 2]
Budgeting & Cost Control: Set up project budgets, releases, and cost planning while ensuring accurate CAPEX/OPEX tracking and settlements. [1, 2]
Resource & Material Planning: Manage capacity, project-specific procurement, and resource allocation using SAP PS integration with Material Management (MM). [1, 2, 3, 4]
Cross-Module Integration: Align PS with FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling - specifically Results Analysis and Profitability Analysis), and SD (Sales and Distribution) for accurate project billing and revenue recognition. [1, 2]
Progress Tracking: Implement Progress Analysis (EVM - Earned Value Management) and Results Analysis to monitor project health. [1]
Key Requirements
Domain Experience: Strong understanding of the Construction or EPC industry, specifically regarding heavy infrastructure, commercial, or oil & gas projects. [1, 2]
Implementation Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 full-lifecycle end-to-end SAP PS implementations, frequently requiring SAP S/4HANA exposure. [1, 2, 3]
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. [1, 2]
Certifications: SAP Project System (PS) certification is highly desired.
