Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale customer-acquisition systems for two very different, high-potential businesses:


Sequoia Clinic — a premium longevity, preventative health and aesthetics clinic in Dubai.

Ateliier De Soul — a premium bespoke tailoring and private-consultation brand.


This is not a social-media posting role.This is not an agency-coordination-only position.


We are looking for a commercial performance marketer who can turn advertising spend into:


  • Attended patients for Sequoia Clinic

  • Attended consultations and purchasing clients for Ateliier De Soul

  • Measurable revenue and contribution for both businesses

  • The successful candidate will have direct access to business leadership, visibility into CRM and call-centre outcomes, and meaningful ownership of campaign strategy, media budgets, testing and performance.

  • You will take ownership of paid acquisition across Google, Meta and relevant digital channels.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing and restructuring existing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts

  • Managing Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta and Instagram campaigns

  • Building separate acquisition strategies for Sequoia Clinic and Ateliier De Soul

  • Creating media plans, campaign forecasts and budget-allocation recommendations

  • Managing prospecting, retargeting, lead-generation and conversion campaigns

  • Reviewing search terms, keywords, placements, audiences and geographic performance

  • Developing structured campaign and creative-testing programmes

  • Working with the creative team to produce high-performing advertisements

  • Working with the content team to develop stronger offers, scripts, messaging and landing pages

  • Coordinating with call-centre teams to understand lead quality, appointment bookings and conversion outcomes

  • Ensuring campaigns optimise toward qualified leads, attended appointments and real customers—not only form submissions

  • Working with the tracking specialist on GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports

  • Monitoring attribution, duplicate events and conversion accuracy

  • Identifying landing-page and funnel improvements

  • Reporting campaign performance, customer-acquisition cost and revenue outcomes to management

  • Monitoring advertising-policy issues, disapprovals and account health

  • Following the required medical-content and advertising-approval process for Sequoia Clinic


How success will be measured


For Sequoia Clinic, the key outcomes will include:


  • Cost per valid lead

  • Cost per qualified lead

  • Cost per booked appointment

  • Cost per attended new patient

  • Patient acquisition cost

  • Marketing-attributed patient revenue

  • Thirty- and ninety-day patient value


For Ateliier De Soul, the key outcomes will include:

  • Cost per qualified enquiry

  • Cost per attended consultation

  • Consultation-to-order conversion

  • Cost per purchasing client

  • Average order value

  • Marketing-attributed revenue and gross profit

*Clicks, impressions, followers and low-cost unqualified leads will not be treated as the primary measures of success.

This position will suit someone who

  • Is still comfortable working directly inside advertising accounts

  • Makes decisions based on data and commercial outcomes

  • Understands the relationship between creative, media, landing pages and call-centre performance

  • Can challenge poor tracking and misleading platform reports

  • Knows when to scale, rebuild or stop a campaign

  • Can work across two brands without applying the same strategy to both

  • Takes ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions

  • Is comfortable being accountable for revenue-related outcomes


This position may not be suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily

  • Organic social-media management

  • Influencer coordination

  • Content-calendar management

  • Agency coordination without hands-on campaign execution

  • Reporting impressions, clicks and leads without connecting them to customers and revenue

Desired Candidate Profile

You should have:


  • At least five to eight years of hands-on performance-marketing experience

  • Strong practical experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Demonstrable experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets in AED or an equivalent currency

  • Experience generating leads, appointments or sales for high-consideration services

  • Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Meta conversion campaigns and retargeting

  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

  • Understanding of Meta Conversions API, enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports

  • Experience connecting advertising performance with CRM or sales outcomes

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills

  • Experience improving lead quality—not merely reducing cost per lead

  • The ability to explain performance clearly to business owners and senior management

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • UAE or GCC market experience

  • Arabic is an advantage but is not mandatory
