Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Testing Engineer to join our team. You will design, plan, and execute vehicle testing programs at our proving ground, analyze test data, and provide actionable insights to support vehicle development and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and execute vehicle and component tests at the proving ground, including performance, durability, safety, and functional validation. Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards. Operate and maintain test equipment, sensors, and instrumentation. Collect, process, and analyze test data using statistical and engineering tools. Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize vehicle performance. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate test documentation. Support the evaluation of emerging mobility technologies such as EV drivetrains, ADAS, and connected vehicle systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and lab capabilities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Knowledge of automotive testing, vehicle validation, or mobility technology evaluation, vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and test rigs. Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, ADAS, or EV systems is highly desirable. Understanding of regulatory and safety standards relevant to automotive testing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (MATLAB, Python, or similar). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to document and present technical findings.
